About Oly Roots
Our Story
Hi, I’m Emma Hays – the founder of Oly Roots, your neighborhood healthy foods business specializing in açaí bowls, smoothies, and cold-pressed juices. Born and raised in Olympia, I graduated from Olympia High School and attended Oregon State University to earn my Bachelor of Science in business. July of 2025 I launched Oly Roots to provide Olympia with delicious options that support a healthy, on-the-go lifestyle. Thanks to the support of my incredible family and the encouragement of the Olympia community, this passion project has become a reality. What started as a tent booth pop-up has turned into the mobile trailer that we all know and love! Every item on our menu is crafted with care and blended fresh using wholesome ingredients that fuel your day. We’re proud to serve Olympia with heart and health through our mobile food cart, offering fresh, nutritious, and delicious food and beverages. Thanks for being a part of our journey!
